Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with.

Last updated: June 2025. PHUNDED operates in accordance with the Canadian Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What We Collect

When you place an order or create an account, we collect:

  • Email address
  • Shipping and billing address
  • Order history and purchase details
  • Name and phone number (for shipping)

We also collect standard browsing data (page views, referral source, device type) through Vercel Analytics to understand how our site is used. This data is aggregated and not linked to individual accounts.

Payment Security

All payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure environment and are never transmitted to or stored on PHUNDED's servers. Stripe is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party for marketing purposes.

Email Communications

By creating an account or placing an order, you may receive transactional emails related to your purchase. If you have opted in to marketing emails, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.

Your Rights

Under PIPEDA, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, and to request corrections or deletion. To make a request, email us at privacy@phunded.ca. We will respond within 30 days.
