Pricing & Currency

All prices displayed on phunded.ca are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of order placement is the price you will be charged.

Applicable taxes (HST/GST/PST) are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Order Acceptance

Placing an order on PHUNDED constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inventory discrepancies.

If your order is cancelled after payment has been collected, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Availability & Stock

Product availability is not guaranteed. Items shown in your cart are not reserved until purchase is complete. In the event that an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund for the affected item.

Drop releases are strictly limited. All drop sales are final where marked — see our Returns Policy for details.

Intellectual Property

All content on phunded.ca — including but not limited to brand name, logo, product imagery, copy, and design — is the exclusive property of PHUNDED and is protected by applicable Canadian and international intellectual property law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any PHUNDED content without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PHUNDED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or any products purchased through it.

Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the PHUNDED store shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Canada.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will note the last updated date at the top of this page.
